Royal Institution | Fuel the Future
Join our presenters as they explore the chemistry and physics of fuels from the past, present and future. Discover the effect of CO2 on our planet, and why plastics can be such a problem.
In this show, you’ll dive into the science behind generating electricity sustainably and storing it, using batteries, and find out how water can be used to power an explosion?!
Featuring an array of exciting demonstrations, Fuel The Future is a journey through what sustainability is, and why it’s so important.
The Science of Balloons
A Mixture of Science and Balloon Modelling. From aerodynamics to acoustics, energy to elasticity, static electricity to molecular arrangement. Science concepts introduced and explored through the fun art of balloon modelling.
Skills Supply Experiments and coding
Conduct experiments and make measurements to discover the Science of Us. Learning how our bodies work by using Lab Equipment and making Remarkable Reactions – learning about the science behind our discoveries is key.
