Accessing Science Services: An introduction to the Waters RDA Smart MS

AP+WATERS.jpg

How can a Smart MS enabled High resolution mass spectrometer help your small and large molecule workflows ?

Join the Waters team for an introduction to the ACQUITY RDa Detector for small molecule analyses and BioAccord LC-MS System for biopharmaceutical analysis, plus find out how you can access the service at Bruntwood SciTech's Alderley Park as part of the shared scientific services, including the coworking laboratory.

The Waters ACQUITY RDa Detector, now available in the Alderley Park Open Access Lab, is a compact benchtop high resolution mass detector for routine accurate mass analysis.  When incorporated into the BioAccord LC-MS System it provides routine workflows for intact mass measurement of proteins, peptide mapping and released N-glycan profiling.

The webinar will highlight some of the key features of the Waters BioAccord System and the ACQUITY RDa Detector and demonstrate the analytical advantages they provide.

The presentation will focus on how SmartMS-enabled technology makes the acquisition of high quality accurate mass data quick and easy, . We will first demonstrate the streamlined workflows on the BioAccord LC-MS System for routine intact protein analysis and peptide mapping. Following this we will outline how the ACQUITY RDa Detector can be used to enhance confidence in small molecule target confirmation, elucidation of unknowns and other applications such as impurity analysis.
