ALDERLEY PARK ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

The Alderley Park Accelerator offers start-up and scale-up support to early stage and growing life science businesses on their journey to success.

Are you looking to create a business from your ideas? If you have a life science or healthcare business idea you wish to pursue, then this programme is the perfect place to start.

The programme is suitable for eligible businesses with just a spark of idea, start ups and companies looking to launch new innovations.

Pre-accelerator Programme

This free two-and-a-half-day workshop will introduce you to many of the tools, methodologies and approaches that will enable you to design, test and de-risk your business model hypotheses.

Accelerator Programme

A follow on from the Pre-Accelerator, this 8 week accelerator programme, provides a combination of weekly virtual or onsite workshops and 1-to-1 coaching to enable companies discover a profitable, scalable and sustainable business model. Based around the Lean Startup methodology, the Accelerator Programme uses a set of highly effective tools and processes specifically tailored to the life sciences industry. Participants are expected to spend significant time “outside the building”, validating their assumptions and testing their hypothesis by engaging with customers.

Participants will be supported by mentors, introduced to potential investors and have the opportunity to work with the Alderley Park Expert Network over over 200 members.
